Mark, our Vice President, has been an invaluable part of our company for 35 years. With a vast wealth of knowledge about products, sundries, and pricing, Mark has truly seen it all in this industry. His expertise is unmatched, and he takes great pride in thorough research and a deep understanding of what we offer to our consumers.

Mark’s dedication extends beyond his role as a VP; he plays a crucial part in training and preparing our sales representatives, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. His commitment to our company is evident in every aspect of his work.

Outside of his professional life, Mark is a devoted son, brother, husband, and father of four. He loves movies, popcorn, music, and weenie dogs. He is deeply invested in both our consumers and the success of our business. It’s inspiring to see how Mark, his brother, and his mother have worked together to turn a family dream into a thriving success.

With 22 years at the company, Josh shines as a leader in sales and countertop fabrication. His adaptability and moral leadership reflect his hard work and dedication. Committed to community, Josh coaches multiple sports and enjoys fishing locally. A loving husband and father of two boys, he balances professional success with a vibrant family life.

From my earliest memories - side by side with my family in our store, observing their interactions with people, guiding them to select the perfect products to make their homes beautiful - I was inspired. Their dedication ignited my passion to one day contribute to our family business. This tradition lives on, and I'm filled with pride to be an integral part of it.

I'd like to introduce Phillip, our Installation & Field Operations Manager, who has been a cornerstone of CC Carpet for an impressive 26 years. Phillip is more than just a valued team member; he’s like family to us. His dedication, initiative, and strong sense of right and wrong are evident in every aspect of his work.

Phillip is committed to upholding the highest industry standards and guidelines, ensuring that each installation meets our stringent quality criteria. His hard work and honesty shine through in his efforts to deliver the best possible product and installation for our customers.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys the outdoors and cherishes time with his Belgian Malinois, Tank. His passion for both his work and his personal interests reflects his well-rounded and dedicated approach to life.

Meet Joe, our Sales Manager who has been a dedicated member of our team for over 31 years. You can always count on Joe to be here every day, bringing his sense of humor and office jokes with him. His reliability and positive attitude make him a cherished part of our team.

Joe is a devoted husband and father, with a passion for music and motorcycles. He is also deeply committed to his faith and upholds strong moral values. Known for his straightforward approach, Joe is adept at finding the best solutions for our customers, ensuring they get the best price and product in a timely manner.

At 91 years young, Betty still guides us with her family-focused values and unwavering work ethic. She embodies fairness, truthfulness, toughness, and nurturing care, setting a standard of excellence that inspires us all. Betty's love for family and dedication to our business are the pillars upon which we stand.

Meet Trudie, our Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator, who has been the backbone of CC Carpet for over 28 years. Trudie has worn many hats throughout her tenure and has excelled in every role she’s taken on. Her consistency, reliability, and hardworking nature are evident in all that she does.

Trudie plays a crucial role in overseeing the materials that flow in and out of our warehouse and fabrication center, demonstrating her dedication and expertise every day. Her commitment to ensuring smooth operations and effective inventory management is a testament to her invaluable contribution to our team.

With 30 years of experience, Ray excels in shaping our HR strategy and overseeing staff relations, benefits, well-being, data management, and communications. "I love working at CC Carpet because I get to do what I love while being a part of the family!"

Katherine graduated from UT Dallas with a degree in Business Administration in May 2024. As a motivated leader, she brings passion, hard work, empathy, trust, and courage to her role. We’re excited to announce her new position as Human Resources Coordinator in training.

Zach joined our team in 2020 and has quickly become a key part of laser templating and fabrication. Known for his reliability and dedication, Zach always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done right.
